Systems we have built and run.
Orbilas — satellite layer for forest fire preparedness (our product)
A processing pipeline over Copernicus Sentinel-2: scene screening and cloud masking, spectral indices, stand-level change detection, and a join with the Polish Forest Data Bank and road data. Results leave the pipeline as GeoTIFF, GeoJSON and CSV layers that open directly in QGIS, so a forest district does not have to deploy a new system. Demonstration area: Nadleśnictwo Węgliniec, RDLP Wrocław. Stack: Python, rasterio, NumPy; data from the Copernicus Data Space Ecosystem, the Forest Data Bank and OpenStreetMap.

ChefBites — restaurant platform (client project)
A multi-brand restaurant operator came to us with a stalled platform. We rebuilt it into a production system on one multi-tenant platform: branded online ordering, a kitchen display system, CRM and back office, and an AI copilot that answers questions about the business data. We continue to maintain and extend it. Stack: Python (Flask), PostgreSQL, Docker; a data warehouse with tiered materialized views.
Sentient Grow — embedded + cloud (our R&D project)
ESP32 controllers and a cloud control centre for NFT hydroponic systems: a live digital twin of sensors and pumps, multi-device control, over-the-air firmware updates and an AI grow assistant. The system runs on our own test installation, not on commercial farms.
